The Board of Directors is considering an amendment to the Association's Hardscape and Softscape Rule (Supplementary Rules and Resolutions, Article III, Section 3.16(b)) to provide clearer and more objective landscaping standards for front yards. Before the Board may adopt this proposed rule amendment, California Civil Code Section 4360 requires that the Association provide the membership with notice of the proposed change and an opportunity to submit comments during a 28-day review period.
