Located in Oceanside, California, The Villages of Rancho Del Oro Homeowners Association is charged with the care and maintenance of the various common areas throughout the Community. Spanning approximately 122 acres, the Villages of Rancho Del Oro is a unique and stunning location to call home, and boasts 41 tot lots and 9 parks, which include walking trails, recreation and picnic areas, and lush surrounding landscape. In addition to the five-person Board of Directors, the Association is governed by numerous active committees. The Board and committees are comprised of homeowner volunteers who are appointed by the Board of Directors and assisted by the Avalon Management Group, a local professional HOA management company. |
